List a Frozen bridge’s freeze and thaw jobs, whether in progress or ended, until they are deleted.

qq frozen_job_list [-h] [--bridge-path BRIDGE_PATH] [--kind {FREEZE,THAW}] [--state {IN_PROGRESS,FINISHED,CANCELED,FAILED}] [-j]
